Great River Energy and Itasca-Mantrap Electric Cooperative (together, Applicants) propose to construct and operate approximately 4.3 miles of new 115 kV transmission line and a new Heartland Lakes Substation in Straight River Township in Hubbard County. The Applicants also propose to construct a short 115 kV tap line (approximately 500 feet) in Hubbard Township to connect the Hubbard Lakes Substation to an existing transmission line to complete the Project.
