Project Summary

The proposed HVTL would connect four new substations to an existing North Rochester substation. The project would also include an expansion of the North Rochester substation. The connection point to the existing North Rochester substation would be west of U.S. Highway 52 and the new substations would be located east of U.S. Highway 52.
