Maple Grove 115 kV Transmission Line Project

The applicant proposes to construct and operate a 2 mile 115 kV double-circuit high voltage transmission line (HVTL) in the City of Maple Grove, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The proposed HVTL would begin at a new West Maple Grove substation and connect to an existing 115 kV HVTL. The project facilities would include the proposed West Maple Grove substation which will be located west of Interstate 94. The connection point to an existing 115 kV HVTL west of the existing Elm Creek Substation.
