Plum Creek BESS

Plum Creek Storage proposes to construct the up to 200-MW / 800-megawatt hours battery energy storage system (BESS) and associated facilities (Project), in Ann Township, Cottonwood County, Minnesota. Associated facilities would include an onsite transformer, parking lot, stormwater pond, access roads, and buried 34.5 kilovolt medium voltage cables that will interconnect the BESS to a substation previously permitted by the Commission that will serve as the point of interconnection for the project.
